Done.

One last day in Sydney. Not much time, but enough time to eat the BEST pancakes on the planet at Pancakes on the Rocks but only after seeing the new Russel Crowe Robin Hood. Then race the rain to the train station. Boarding a plane for 14 is not much fun soaking wet....and then you see Vegas from the skies!

Bye Bye Cairns!

Last day in Cairns! Almost a full day, full enough for another breakfast in Kuranda! And a visit to the waterfalls.....then a sunset flight to Sydney!!!

Mom's Gone, Time to Relax!

With mom gone, we headed straight back to Karunda and spent the day relaxing. May 15th.

GBR: Norman Reef.

Second half of the day, Tim spent green and sick, but also on Norman Reef, two hours into the ocean, right on top of the reef from our pontoon.

GBR: Green Island.

The first half of our Great Barrier Reef Excursion was spent on Green Island. An hour into the ocean lies a small small island of complete beauty...

May 13th. Cairns.

Ayers Rock (Uluru).

A Day at Ayers Rock... (its not like there is anything else to do!)

May 10th! Uluru! aka Ayers Rock.

May 10th, we flew to the middle of NOWHERE. NOOOOWHERE. 4 hours from the closest super small town, and many many more hours from any actual civilization. Ayers Rock. And the coolest gourmet dinner under the stars. One of the most unique things i have ever done i my entire life. Plus we ate things like Kangaroo and Crocodile and crazy other animals....

Mother's Day 2010.

We took my mom to this KILLER Pancake House in Adelaide, and then were horrible children and dropped her off at a museum and went to an Australian Rules Football Game. We totally got our comeupance on it though, it was thee stupidest most boring thing on the planet. They are pansies. PANSIES!
